Negatives: Rooms are run down. No hot water and staff didnt notify or try to rectify the situation. The pool wasnt heated, probably due to boiler problem. The manager was rude and didnt try to come up with a solution for us even though another part of the hotel had hot water. I had to demand a room to shower in and then the next day when a room with 2 beds became available I had to ask for it rather than management offering. We should have just checked out and gone elsewhere. We received nothing for our inconvenience.

Positives: Location is great, room large, bed comfortable. The pool looked great although we didnt use it because weather was quite cool.
Negatives: Facility is dated. Carpet had stains, footstool worn, bathroom door warped and stuck when shut completely. The day we checked out, there was no hot water so it was either a cold shower or none. We reported it and the desk clerk said they were aware and working on it. I understand that this is a big issue and cant be fixed quickly but we were offered no compensation, so we paid full price to not have a hot shower available.

Positives: The room set up was very good, and the bathroom had plenty of space with towels convenient after showering.
Negatives: Outside of the room, the temperature was cold; unable to take off coats anytime in the lobby area with the restaurant so cold we had to eat with coats on.

Positives: The breakfast was delicious! The room where we had breakfast was freezing(no heat) had to wear our coats
Negatives: The bed platform was for a king with a queen mattress so there was about 6 inch space on the side which is soffit for a older person to get out.
