There was missing items in the room. Beds did not fit bed frames. There was still trash left from from previous guests. Restaurant/breakfast hours not accurate.

Rooms are run down. No hot water and staff didnt notify or try to rectify the situation. The pool wasnt heated, probably due to boiler problem. The manager was rude and didnt try to come up with a solution for us even though another part of the hotel had hot water. I had to demand a room to shower in and then the next day when a room with 2 beds became available I had to ask for it rather than management offering. We should have just checked out and gone elsewhere. We received nothing for our inconvenience.

We reported it and the desk clerk said they were aware and working on it. I understand that this is a big issue and cant be fixed quickly but we were offered no compensation, so we paid full price to not have a hot shower available.
