The staff handed me a key card and said if the room hasn't been cleaned come back and see her. The carpet was disgusting, the bed was broken, there were people fighting in hallway at 2:30am & 5:30am, the TV didnt work, we were told the stove was broken, we were told a 25% discount would be given but that never happend.

I made reservations four weeks ahead my arrival for an ADA WHEEL Accessible shower and didnt get a room with such amenities when i arrived. It was very dissapointing to say the least and very uncomfotable.

Nothing i wanted to check out an go to a different hotel immediately after walking into the room. It smells bad, the shower didnt look clean, the carpet and couch is stained. The hallway is so smelly and stuffy.
