staff was very useless, we had an emergency and they could not be bothered to help.
only one lady (blond hair from Texas was nice to us). we had to call 911 with our UK phone (not working properly) because front desk would not help. rather expensive hotel for the staff not helpful. the hotel has a washing machine and a dryer but the don't have any quarters to operate it. in 4 days we could not have have change from reception. furthermore they were charging $ 3.40 for 1 dose of detergent when in every hotel we stayed they charges £ 1.

The breakfast was good . Like the waffles. The coffee was great. The bagels the first morning were good and the cream cheese have that more often make them regular.
Negatives:
Checking could’ve been a little bit easier and you couldn’t let me know upfront there would’ve been an extra charge for my dog. When I booked the room I was not informed that there would be an extra charge. I paid it anyways, but it would’ve been nice to have known that upfront.
