Positives:
The hotel was close to Grand Canyon University and the freeway. The breakfast was good. I wish there was more healthy options. There are several small food restaurants close by to eat. The room was nice and roomy.
Negatives:
I could not get the key card to work correctly. I had to fight to get the door open. The bathroom door was sticking and rubbing against the floor. I thought it was too much for the hotel room we had.

The location was excellent for being close to Grand Canyon University. It was close to some restaurants and stores. Easy access to the freeways. The breakfast was good. The hotel was very nice atmosphere and lots of choices on tourist brochures. Parking was good.
Negatives:
I had lots of difficulty getting the key to room to open the door. It kept getting stuck. The bathroom door was constantly getting stuck when opening it. I had a hard time figuring out the air conditioning unit. Once it worked, it was great.

The friendly staff from breakfast, housekeeping, and engineering are excellent.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was not readily available at the counter when we checked in. The written instruction was to use the phone to dial “0” and I had it rung for a while for that person assigned to come out from the back room. ; she (a black heavy-set lady) was unfriendly when she finally attended to us.
The next morning, I noticed that the room TV had no connection and the room phone had no dial tone to find out about the missing phone jack cord line. I had to go to the front desk and report the issue. Engineering came and fixed the problem immediately.
The key doors not working. changed it twice. It worked when Engineering checked it and then it's tricky again.

Positives:
I asked to have fresh towels, bed made and trash to be taken out. None of that happened. I had to take my own trash out finally Saturday night I had to ask front desk for towels and she went will have some one take up at 9am Sunday morning. I advised I would already be leaving by that time. So she ended up getting them for me.
