I liked the smart tv's in the room. That is about the only thing I liked.
Negatives:
I didn't really like anything the hotel kept switching up the incedentials policy. Like one day if I book thru a third party I didn't have to pay a deposit but then the following two days I had to pay 75$ deposit no matter how I paid and I had to pay the 75$ deposit for two days in a row and then the following day there was no deposit again. And I never received my two 75$ deposits back.And there was also a shooting someone got shot in the parking lot right outside of my room during my stay and I feel like I should have been in some way compensated for how terrible my stay was I spent over 1400$ during my entire stay

Some of the staff were very helpful in spite of their limitations.

The on line information & pictures did mot match up with the way things actually were. Place was totally run down and falsely represented. Exercise room which I specifically asked about & was assured was to be part of our stay was a mess, not always open.
