My stay was great facility was clean employees were very nice. I just didn’t like my room didn’t have a refrigerator & microwave? I guess u have to make sure when u book to have that included but besides that my stay was Great & Coffee was so good

No breakfast at the hotel. The McDonald’s nearby was creepy.
Negatives:
The area seems to be crawling with homeless people. It’s just sad and potentially not safe. The security was reassuring but the fact that you need security was concerning and demonstrated.

Staff was unfriendly, wasn't helpful at all. Charged extra fees that were already paid for. Staff acted rudley when asked how to find our room. Once in the room bedding looked like it had been used, it was dirty. Hair was all over in the bathroom. Floors were dirty.
