Arrived at the hotel late in the evening after a long flight from London. The hotel was shut because of a fire they had a few months ago. Neither Booking.com or the hotel had informed us of this.

We were looking forward to using the hot tub and it was not working. The shower faucet either ran scalding hot or cold, nothing in between. One of the elevators sounded like it was going to break apart.

Negatives:
I pulled up to check in, the front desk person saw me at the door and went back to her phone. There was no power but there was also no signs teing anyone where to go. I stood at the front door glass while the front desk clerk just sat there for 3-5 mins. The security guard saw me and told her to come help me. I was Transferred to another hotel. The whole thing was a frustrating.
