Would not allow check in. Hotel stated I needed to prove an outgoing flight in order to stay here. Nothing was stipulated upon making reservation-while waiting for a call back, went to website and wife also called-no issue making a reservation that way.

This hotel was fairly close to the off-site airport parking garage I often use in the Phoenix area. The area did not seem very busy and so I thought that was good for low noise levels.
Negatives:
The LED lighting built into the mirror in the bathroom area is a bright, jarring bluish-white light blast to face. Also, the exterior lighting illuminates the room even with the curtains closed. Suggest bringing a sleep mask when staying here.
