Positives:
Great breakfast, nice staff, reliable. Staff was responsive when we called for things. Convenient location. Signed up for rewards so that’s cool. Great pillows. Good quality hair dryer. Directv is good.
Negatives:
Bed seemed broken, ceiling in the bathroom was leaky, water pressure wasn’t great, nobody came during the day to clean and switch out our dirty towels for clean ones

Perfect for what we needed

The overall room was comfortable and the Continental breakfast was exceptionally good

The staff was extremely rude, and not once did anyone ask if we needed any towels or little toiletries or toilet paper... Plus I was never given a receipt upon checking out, and was not told of extra charge of a out of bounds smoking violation,was never told were to smoke and only after returning home did i find out about the 250 dollar charge for smoking violation,they didn't have the decency to advise me of charge when i checked out in person the morning of my departure...Kim the front desk manager is an extremely rude person....I would spend my money somewhere else, plenty of places in Prescott to stay...So go enjoy your time in beautiful Prescott, just don't waste your money here.....

Breakfast wasn’t great. same thing every CB single day. Other hotels with complimentary breakfasts woukd have something different ( at least in the hot items. I do not eat sausage and scrambled eggs were awful. Sorry just didn’t want to eat same thing every single day.
Negatives:
Washer broke on my second load. Refunded my money, but had to take clothes out of washer put in big plastic bag and let drip most of the water in bath tub until next day when I put them in dryer. Also vending/washer area was filthy…asked front desk if I could sweep up the dirt ( in case my clothes/would drop onto the floor during switch to dryer. Ice machine was caked with brown ( mold or sludge)

Positives:
I liked the hotel but did not like that there was no elevators. My husband and I were traveling and had large suitcases and carrying them up 3 flights of stairs was awful.
Negatives:
No Elevator. Absolutely a deal breaker for a return stay unless I had a 1 st floor room
