The young woman who checked us in was very shy and didnt tell us anything. Just handed us keys. We had to eavesdrop on another patron being checked in by a very charismatic, helping and detailed younger gentleman about the benefits of staying at the hotel

About the only thing I didnt like is that my window was broken and very hard to open and I couldnt figure out how to get it open until right before I actually left the hotel. The lighting in the room was very dim.

I live in north Chino Valley and I need to catch a shuttle very early, like 4am so the hassayampa was perfect

Staff was exceptional, especially at the front desk, was happy to give us his time and give us the background story of the hotel. In the morning, it was the same with the day-shift staff. Gave positive welcoming vibes, definitely a good way to start off my day. I was running late, but breakfast smelled amazing! Overall, clean cozy place. Loved it!
Negatives:
They say Hotel is haunted, I was a little paranoid. Therefore, I didn't sleep as well haha. But if you like the thrill, go for it! I didn't happen to experience anything paranormal.

Charming and friendly staff. Historic hotel so it was older as expected but such interesting history. It was clean and had many beautiful antique pieces throughout the hotel.
Negatives:
Room was small and lighting wasnt good in the room but knowing it was a historic hotel it was fine.
