Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The location was good, pretty quiet
Negatives:
The beds were pretty hard. The door and one of the windows still had gaps when you closed them so they didn't seal out the wind or noise. The hot water was very intermittent. Room pretty run down on a whole in need for an update. Definitely not worth the $200 a night we paid.

Safe, quiet, comfy & Super...

There was no breakfast. Coffee only.

Finding the place was next to impossible. It was dark and raining and there were NO signs on Scottsdale Rd. I called ESA and spoke to someone who hardly spoke English, at least that I could understand). He couldn't really help me so gave me the # of the actual hotel. No one answered and it just looped me back to the main ESA # where I talked to another almost non English speaker who transferred me to the hotel and it looped me back again. Finally we just tried to find it. Had to drive thru a shopping center and hope to find it. When we finally found it, we couldn't find the lobby as there were no signs. Only 1 person was working the entire hotel. She was very nice and really tried to help but she was overloaded with guests signing in, guests complaining about something, and just trying to do her job. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff at the was friendly. The location was good.

Smoke detector was off the ceiling, leaving dangling wires. The television remote would not turn off and the TV.

That it was close to the WM Open and staff was really helpful. Ample parking.

The walls were so thin we knew what our neighbors were thinking. The shower was wonky, and the step out was lower than expected. Bed was thin, more like a rollaway but served its purpose.

Nothing got told to leave the hotel after staying for a week a house keeper walked into my room unannounced and said it smelled like smoke I have been smoking outside the whole time and not to mention it was just right after I paid for another day
