Between Thursday, Apr 11th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 8 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The Fairmont in Scottsdale, Princess was very beautiful. The spa was incredible. The pools were amazing.

Negatives: The service wasn’t that great in terms of the restaurants, and the food was very bland. The breakfast spot I had a smoked salmon on toast entrée, and it was awful the waitress and all of the way staff was terrible, including the hostess, who didn’t want us to sit inside it was cold outside, but we managed to make it work my friends and I. We went to the steakhouse and they over cooked our steak. I ordered room service any overcook my cheeseburger the food was not good and they need to work on that Arce was $5000 for four nights and you would expect excellent food.
