Great location to old town. Lots of restaurants and things to see in old town.
Negatives:
The room keys had to be reset daily, beds are very hard and sheet are very old looking. The pillows are a hard lump similar to wood. The room had no fridge or hair dryer. Bathroom worked ok but no hot water to my sink. Not a place I will return to.

Positives:
The Location is pretty good and walking distance to Fashion square or Old town. The price is ok but a little high for the condition of the hotel. Lots of food establishments close by so you can get a good assortment of foods.
Negatives:
The Motel its self is pretty run down and offers monthly stays so the customers are sometimes sketchy. I have stayed in Old town for 10 plus years and this is the worst place I have stayed. The room keys needed to be reset everyday and the linen is very used. The rooms are smaller and don't include a fridge, hair dryer, and towels are on the older condition. The AC did work but I had no hot water to my bathroom sink.

Location was the reason we chose this hotel and it was fine for our purpose

Check in unwelcoming receptionist the room was located next to office and the late-night check for new guest extremely loud we could not sleep until close to 3am the occupants above were loud walking around the mattress was uncomfortable we brought our own linen the floors were dirty no room service for second night stay and they seamed to be concerned re safety we experienced no problem with safety we needed a room with refrigerator for medication we spoke with reception around 2am she offered us a room in different location repacked our belongings went to other room which had no refrigerator so had no choice but to check out or return to original room we are both in our late 70 so this was not a relaxing pleasant experience for us.

Grumpy night staff. Not allowed to use parking lot unless you pay an additional $10/night. No microwave, mini fridge, or hair dryer, all which used to be standard amenities. Had to get room keys re-activated twice. Couldnt or wouldnt provide a printed receipt when I checked out. Last motel 6 I ever stay at.
