The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet and somewhat off the beaten path. The campus is beautiful and the pool and courtyard are well kept and make for an enjoyable time outside. The room layout is nice as well. Nice kitchen and bathroom.
Negatives:
Surprise fees, I paid an extra fee of $75 at check-in. The clerk told me it is customary and "should have been told about it." The first room was used and dirty. Bed slept in and towels on the floor. Second room was better, still not as clean.

Account handling with too much money taken in advance.
Receptionist not at all helpful and became stressed when asked about accounts.
Insufficient tables/chairs and poorly designed breakfast area.
Light touch room service very poor and did not expect to make the beds 8 days out of 10. Not what I expect when on vacation!

Great location, grounds were exceptional. Our children loved the grassy lawn area and the pool. Outdoor patio with a bar adjacent to the lawn made it easy to relax and watch the kids! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel for our family...
Positives:
The location was ideal. Staff were friendly and attentive. The pool and landscaping were like a desert oasis. The happy hour and breakfast were a nice surprise and high quality (for free food).
Negatives:
Our carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The price was a lot for the quality of the room. The sofa bed was a threadbare mattress and the metal bar poked into the back.
