Great location to shopping, restaurants , and the Mayo Clinics
Negatives:
Showing signs of needing a revamp. Traffic ways carpet is stained and worn at the elevators. Some elevator lights are not functioning, towels are at the derm abrasion point

The young woman at the desk when we checked in was very rude. We ended up with two queen beds rather than the king we selected. My husband did not feel like changing it but was hoping for a discount or credit or something. The conditioner was empty & more
