What a great place to stay in Sedona. Updated older property with its own unique style. Good hot breakfast! Not luxurious resort obviously, but a very friendly and comfortable property. Loved the massage chairs.

We arrived at 1:30 and there was only 2 other guests at the hotel. The clerk demanded an additional $25 for "Early Check-In".

Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was extremely helpful in sight seeing suggestions- steered us perfectly on our first night there. Staff was genuine and pleasant.

Noise all night long, the telephone was not connected to the office and the TV did not work . It was awful i did not sleep all night!

Location was good. Didnt really have much of a view from our room on the second floor.

There were bugs in the bathroom we had to keep the restroom door closed. We also saw a cockroach in there. The room with 2 double beds also felt claustrophobic, smaller than the rooms we get with double beds.
