The room was very comfortable, the bed was great, pillows were great, the shower was wonderful, lots of hot water, I'm glad a loud fan didn't come on when the bathroom light came on, having the sink outside of the toilet space is nice, the pool, hot tub and firepit were lovely, and good to have towels handy out there.
Negatives:
The 'coffee' station was unusable. What has happened to the proper in-room tea kettle or coffee maker? The era of pods has destroyed this civility. Guests from across 'the pond,' in any direction, deplore these pods and would be thrilled to find a kettle or coffee maker in their room. A simple electric kettle--even in addition to the horrible pods--would be an easy addition by the hotel--use it as a promotion point! Called 'Green Tree' but zero recycling available? In 2024, with a recycling center three blocks away? Shame. The breakfast has much room for improvement. The 'yoghurt' was like liquid candy, yuk. Just even cups of Dannon would do, and be more sanitary and less maintenance. The coffee machine drip tray fills and overflows constantly, I had to ask front desk several times to please come take of this. It needs a drain. The trash can (bin) is tiny and also overflows quickly. I appreciated the bagels, toast, fruit, and the "hot" aspect (weird omelettes and pancakes) was adequate. Breakfast burritos would be better. Check what other hotels are doing, especially the Southwest Inn at Sedona for a really practical breakfast station--with cereal, a microwave, proper plates, and people can make their own hot breakfast of sorts. I would also suggest 'down lighting' effort revamp for your exterior night-time lights. I hoped to see some stars on my visit, but the lights were very obtrusive, even in a "Dark Skies" community.

The room was extremely comfortable. Bed was coz. Lots of coffee selections in the room. Loved the blackout shades. Well insulated so I didn't hear the other guests.
