Online it was pictured with nice views it is a very old hotel given the title of resort I it is definitely not a resort popcorn ceilings with a slight renovation of the room our view was of the parking lot hard pass on this place dont recommend

We were given a complimentary upgrade on our room. It just meant we had separate sinks and counters to get ready. There was a hot tub by the pool. Staff were very friendly and the location was good.

The rooms are outdated but clean. I used room service alot and 3 times they messed up the order. No silverware on try, not what I ordered, got someone elses .

Rooms were dated. Walls were paper thin! We heard our neighbors late at night and early in the morning. In my opinion this is not a resort .

This is NOT a 4-star plus hotel at all. Rooms were very cold, walls extremely thin you could hear everything and everyone as they passed by. We also asked for a microwave that was never delivered. It's like a glorified Motel 6, not a resort at all.

Staff is friendly, polite, friendly & and are exceptional at their profession. Poco Diablo resort will not disappoint. We only wish we had more time. Thank you for the memories.

The entire place was old, it was misrepresented, I had a bad room location, and the staff at the from desk was awful. Actually the last person I was in contact with at the from desk was horrible, rude, and unprofessional. What they APEAR to promote.

The jacuzzi was not working and we were not notified about this in advance. Also, the hotel does not clean up the room on a daily basis. You need to request that 24 hours in advance.

dark when I walked in..could literally walk into other guest rooms..gave me creep vibes at the beginning. Had one flying thing one time but maybe that came in with me..who knows.PITCH BLACK at night I didn't like...they need more lighting at night

The room had the smell of mold and the bed cover was not clean. I could smell people smoked weed outside and had headache during the stay because it came inside the room and also the smell of mold. My family left the hotel 8 AM early in the morning.
