Positives:
The staff at the front desk on 4/2 misinformed us that breakfast was included when further staff on 4/3 rudely and without bothering to make eye contact told us that breakfast was not payed for as part of the deal. That is on top of the cave-like room with no ability to open a window. That is on top of the 100% markup for location … we paid for a nose-bleed narrow motel with awful guest-despising staff. Kudos to the bartender, though !!!!!!

The entire reception, bar and restaurant are closed for 6 weeks which ruins the experience- especially as no communication was made ahead of the visit to manage expectations. Even the pool is blighted by huge shipping containers
