Positives: breakfast was offered to go, fruit yogurt and muffin, staff was nice.
Negatives: we contacted Booking I'd say three days prior requesting to add one more night. He staff did not receive the request. I requested twice actually. Still not received. We did not get the booking discount. Manager kind enough to give a discount but not the same as Bookings.

Positives: Staff was pleasant.
Negatives: Seems for the last couple of times staying here we get the worst room. Carpets extremely old & disgusting, bath tub cracked and chipped, has seen better days for sure! Plus the kitchen was closed & I don't consider a muffin breakfast. We usually stay here a couple of times a year, however, I think it's time to try another hotel. I only wish I would have taken pictures
