Positives:
Owners and staff are great people and they really try and keep it in decent shape but it is a little bit older motel, but guaranteed best day for the money in the area and like I said it is clean and they do keep maintenance on it
Negatives:
Make sure to get a room away from the road if road noise bother, its right on Fry Boulevard and Dan Road rush-hour. Theres a good bit of traffic.

Seclusion was nice. Staff didnt bother me unless I called or walked to the front desk. The hotel was pet friendly so my old dogs was fine going for walks around property.
Negatives:
When we first arrived, the room door wouldnt close, let alone lock. Had to be transferred to another room. The second room smelt like a dirty diaper at first, but after airing in out all was good.
Positives:
Room was clean, but small. Heat sucked! It February & the door is not sealed at all. You can see the light around it. I had to go to Wal-Mart & buy a portable heater! The staff are wonderful & I understand they're not owners. I stayed 2 nights & returned
Negatives:
The shower sucks! It's a slammed stand up shower with a drain that doesn't work! I don't know if that's all rooms. You're kill your elbows in there, horrible! It's better than the 2 other cheap hotels in Searri Vista though.

The bathroom was in bad shape, looked like a dog chewed off a good portion on the bottom and there was a stucky rat trap in there as well. The worst though is it seems to house long term residents and the people next to us were were LOUD! Shouting and banging until about 3 am the first night and a repeat the 2nd night but thankfully they settled down around 10 so we were finally able to get sleep. Also people were hanging around outside at all hours. We would not stay there again.

Room was handicap accessible, but bed was too high to get into comfortably. Bed was parallel with the TV and room lamp was on table beside TV, so we had to turn light off to avoid it in our eyes while viewing. Room lighting inadequate.
