Very very old and yucky kitchenette. Dirty. Most importantly i had a ground level room and the window latch was broken so it could be slid open and stepped into from the sidewalk. Scary as a solo travel female. Charged parking which isn't said upfront. I was there from 2am (a late flight) until 7am and i had to pay a parking fee which isn't ideal. The security of the window was the biggest complaint. I didn't feel safe bc there are a lot of ppl walking around at night, seemed drunk or homeless, I'm not sure but kinda sketchy overall. The front office locks their door (for obvious reasons) and you have to call on a phone in the lobby to have someone let you in... the phone didn't work so i had to knock on the glass window instead... just overall yucky and really super expensive.

Very poor maintenance : bathroom door handle, falling off, squeaky, sound coming from Air conditioner, which was also taped together with duct, tape, disturbing stains on the couch, stains on the bathroom floors, very greasy hood of the oven. Repeated problems with the key sensors both for the entrance of the building near the back as well as the room door. We also found by watching other people do it that the outside door you could just jerk open when your key wasn’t working a very troublesome security issue. The air duct into the bedroom was very very disgusting with dirt. First morning we were there. We were woke up at 6 o’clock with the yelling outside. The window is that there is a fight going on. Ended up being construction people finishing up the pool.
