Found multiple bugs in our room. Paying over $400 for a room per NIGHT, that was not acceptable. And to be told I would get $10.00 off, ridiculous. I asked for other discounts available, I got no response. I purchased item from the hotel store and I had to correct to clerk on my change, and I got my change in coins. Do better!
