Our son spent the night and said the mattress on the pullout wasn’t very comfortable. He is however a big guy, 6’1” 180 lbs.
Negatives:
I thought we had a private bedroom but that was not the case. Separating the bedroom by a half shelf/wall and TV does not make it a bedroom.
