Positives: I liked the location near the Airport and ASU. I attended a football game at ASU and it was a fast weekend trip, to the convenience of being near both places really helped. Also, the free airport shuttle was a nice perk.

Negatives: Overall, the hotel is very nice. The breakfast well-stocked, the rooms clean and attractive. I had two issues that I couldnt fix because of the shortness of my stay and my late check-in: No control over the A/C unit and the room was very cold. Perhaps the hotel pre-programs all rooms with the same temperature, but I could not change the temp or turn the unit off. No adjustments were possible. Also, the channels on the tv set came in very fuzzy and not clear. I only stayed one night and was tired when I checked in, so I did not bother to call anyone about these issues. Again, overall the hotel is very good and I was happy with my stay.

Positives: Staff, entry area and breakfast were are superior, pleasant and comfortable.

Negatives: The room was clearly old and highly perfumed which made us think there was something being covered up, like mold or ? Also the room was laid out poorly - with no counter space in the actual bathroom, so you have to walk from the toilet to the external sink to brush your teeth or do anything else. It was spacious and nice otherwise, just poor design. And very slippery shower/bathtub; I'm so glad they had put a grip mat in as I slipped the first time stepping in.
