The rooms were dirty. A homeless person blocked our door and urinated herself, which no one cleaned. We found a syringe on the floor by the couch. Room door didn't lock. Room was not cleaned thoroughly bugs in the drawer, bathtub was dirty.

At check in was given the wrong room number and having to go to the office. Customer service was terrible. My room wasn't clean. Old food in the microwave.

The breakfast was a disappointment and there was dog poop outside our room. The sink in the bathroom went down really slow and the clean towels didn't seem that clean
