Positives:
A staff member didn't show up for work in the morning so that left one staff member in a bind as she tried to manage the desk, phone calls and tried to get breakfast out but was late in doing so. She was apologetic and really tried, unfortunately we had a flight to catch so missed out on breakfast.
Negatives:
One particular front desk check in person was very unpleasant.
Bathroom, tub needs to be changed it was stained yellow 3" up and dirty and disgusting!! Room smelled foul, carpets where stained with brown and pink spots, kitchen didn't have enough dishes for 2 people, oven was dirty, BBQ's not working.

Positives:
I didn't like anything. It was nothing like the pictures. I reserved a triple room. It was supposed to have a balcony and 2 beds. I got a room next to the air-conditioning units. with one bed and a kitchen with no equipment in it to cook or eat with. The room was used for smoking, and they covered up the smell with a nasty air freshener that immediately made me sick. I will never use this company again. The staff couldn't find my reservation at first and said I must have made it for them but it was really for another location it happens all the time. This was a nasty place and will never get my business again. My confirmation was not the room I was given I was totally frauded. I was exhausted from a long day of travel and it accually made me cry.
Negatives:
The entire experience see above. I was lied to and the booking totally was miss represented. Never again. I will warn others away too. I had to ask for a bowl to eat breakfast with. We got the kitchen because we had to leave at 4am so no breakfast for us not even the offer to get us something.

Positives:
Location is a great area.
Breakfast is okay. Eggs wasn’t replenished.
The liquid creamers (cups) and half/half wasn’t good it formed curds.
Bed is comfortable.
Negatives:
Our first, we got early cause of a very loud knock on every door. Hour later, same, along with vechicle alarm went off for almost 5mins.
Water leaking out of bathtub. Need to add another towel rack. Bathroom door can remove Can remove closet doors, better open space.

Positives:
Breakfast was good. No forks available tho. Room was great. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great. I found the fee for one night for our pet was excessive. We paid $78 for the room and had to pay $75 for our golden retriever. Most hotels have pet fees much lower than that. We would have looked for something different because of that high pet fee but were so tired from our 12 hour drive that day we chose not to and to stay.
