At check in was given the wrong room number and having to go to the office. Customer service was terrible. My room wasn't clean. Old food in the microwave.

Breakfast was to be from 7-9. Wednesday they came out and started closing down 8:54. People were still coming in. Pancake machine was broken, apple juice was sour, no orange juice. Zero items out at 8:30 on Friday. Kitchen item in room needs improvement.

Location, availability, diversity of options, privacy of having suites and fair pricing! Staff was overall friendly, competent and attentive to one's issues! This is my second stay at this hotel and I still enjoy being there!
Negatives:
Some updates are needed for the satellite/cable system since not all TV channels listed are available. The kitchen utensils need to be upgraded. Need for more thorough/available maintenance personnel who can identify issues prior to customer arrival.

The staff was great, breakfast was good. The ice maker in our room didn't work and we stayed for 2 weeks, I ended up going to buy ice and the sink by the bathroom was leaking water making a horrible noice, billing is horrible they charged me $1,200 when should have only been $667, I still didn't get my deposit back that I paid for, for the 1st week. We are checking out tomorrow, so I hope we get our deposit back they still owe me $150 for the deposit. Me and my son we loved this place and stayed here for almost a month put together, but we will be checking out tomorrow cause how the billing works you can't double charge people and no one came to fix the ice machine, the noise of the dripping water in the bathroom sink was horrible I couldn't sleep and I requested housekeeping that never came, so I cleaned up myself. Ya, I'm very disappointed. I don't think we will be staying here again, and I will make sure everyone knows about this!!!
