Rude staff who were unavailable at the front desk for over 30min. Though we had prepaid our reservation, they told us our room may have been cancelled ( at 2am in the morning!! ) since we arrived late due to our flight delay Never staying here again.

The ice maker did not work on our floor. The restaurant was open Limited hours only. There was no room service. The hallways did not smell fresh. The entire Hotel had an old dated look Circa 1979. The water fountain feature was broken in the lobby. The hotel was in various stages of repair. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They said it was renovated, the room was. Ice BUT there is no ventilation in the bathroom, there are gaps in the door, the refrigerator defrosted on us and we came back to water on the floor.the bathroom door knob was not on right. The TV kept falling down.
