The efficient kitchen with full fridge + two burner stove was great [why I rented here.]

Hairs and dust in the bathroom and on the desk. Smelled like the room had been smoked in so I had to buy a can of air freshener. Yellowish stains on the ceiling. Toilet would run unless you jiggled the handle.
