This was probably the best property I've stayed at in years. The grounds were well maintained and inviting. The facility was well equipped and maintained and the room was nicely done and relaxing.

There were coyotes near by but that has nothing to do with the hotel!

The room was stunningly beautiful . The gold fixtures in the bathroom were elegant and the blue and white decor was stunning. With two 65 in TV screens there was no debate over what to watch! There were laundry facilities, a pool, a gym, a BBQ, Hot Tub!!!

Very good location, was very clean and was very close to the location I was headed to.

They did not have a Breakfast, the coffee pot in the room did not work and it did not have any kleenex,it had a dispenser but it was empty.

The elevator in not operational. Rooms are under construction - noise issues. Contractors are unconcerned with guest serenity. The general manager was extremely rude. There is no one above her to complain to. She gave me a bogus phone number to call.

Rooms are small, but lovely. We had a room facing the busy street and it was very quiet. Staff is just wonderful. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. This is our second stay and we will stay again when we have to be in this area of Tucson.
