Cleaner room and mini fridge was unplugged with a towel in it and it leaked am over the floor. Decor looked sloppy rushed. Pillows super uncomfortable.

The interior courtyards were nice. The building was well cared for. Rooms were clean.

In a depressed area that felt mildly un-safe. Rooms were small. Payed less for a much better rooms on this trip to Arizona.

The rooms were nicely renovated and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
We had to change rooms due to a leaking ac unit. In the new room, the face plate to the thermostat was missing exposing the circuit board. The court yard where our rooms were located was unkept and smelled like sewage and there was a cockroach on the fountain in the lobby.

The pullout couch was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. When we arrived, we didn’t feel welcomed at all. It felt very uncomfortable, like we were an inconvenience. Checkout was friendly.
