After reading about the great breakfast in reviews here, the minimal buffet on Styrofoam plates was a letdown. There were hardly any hooks to hang anything and too little storage space. The window was not completely working.

The location of this hotel in proximity to the airport was great. It was nice to have restaurants within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were a bonus not expected. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast we’re welcome.
Negatives:
I booked this hotel based on the free airport shuttle. I was a little disappointed, the van was older with torn upholstery and not as timely as expected. At no additional charge, I should not complain.

The breakfast was decent

The beds were excessively creaky, there was some sort of stain on the lamp shade (looked suspiciously like blood), half the staff were really helpful and the other half were the exact opposite, the door handle to the bathroom broke off the moment I first tried pulling the door shut, and the AC unit in the room was completely unresponsive to my adjusting any of the settings. The visit was overall miserable and not worth paying nearly $200 for a single night. I was offered a 20% just for the door handle incident discount, so I took it but that really does not make up for it at all.
The last two issues would not have been so bad, but we have a toddler so the bathroom door NEEDED to close or she'd get into the toilet and the AC unit kept waking her up every 20 minutes that it would turn on.

If your thing is southwest desert views, this is not your place. Hotel is hidden behind a Enterprise Truck rental facility.
