The front desk staff were great--very helpful and friendly. The location is also great. We were able to walk to the hotel after we returned our rental car.

I didnt like that we couldnt check in till 4pm. We had travelled from out of town about 3 hours away. We got to the hotel around 1pm and I was told we couldnt check in. To go drive around. I will not go to this hotel again.

The hotel is super close to the airport, in fact we walked back to the hotel after we dropped off our rental car. The room was very clean. Thank you housekeeping staff!!! You guys are the Best!! The pool area is nice, as is the court yards.

More pluses, the rooms are very spacious with nice showers. The downside: The carpets need a good shampooing.

The AC/Heating system did not work. I was told it was an old building with old systems. They gave me a space heater. Not room service from Saturday until Tuesday. Old and outdated. Laundry was grey and did not smell fresh. Worse Hilton ever. Never

The room was quiet and dark. Nice water feature to sooth and drown out any outside noises.

Room fridge was a little loud but you can close the door to isolate the bedroom. Once closed you couldn't hear the fridge. Rooms are a little dated but expected nonetheless.

The wallpaper peeling off. The refrigerator is noisy. The furniture is old and dirty. No trash can liners. Repairs in the room are awful and lack quality in workmanship. The exterior rails and stairs need Repairs and paint. The curtains did not close.

Toilet plugged up after a couple of uses, 2nd bed was extremely uncomfortable, big hole in the middle.

I did not like how small the bathroom was. You could barely fit in there. Toilet too close to door.

Bathroom was extremely small. Popcorn ceilings made the room feel very outdated. Wall paper was very poorly put applied. Hotel did not live up to the Hilton standards.

The water got stuck on, so at midnight my mom and grandma (both elderly) tried calling the front desk, no one answered, so she went down there and they changed her rooms to a bottom floor across the hotel, and no one helped them. Also, was refused receipt
Positives:
The front staff was great our room didn't have hot water which is a problem but she switched us rooms within a couple mins and made sure the new room was close so we didn't have to move our stuff far.
