Front desk clerk was nice.
Negatives:
Was not able to stay due that both rooms I was provided with, were not suitable or safe to stay. First room had burns of cigarretes on couches and bed. Bad room sink was tored and broken. Tv was not working. Second room, AC unit was broken had no heating or cooling, TV was ripped from the wall, again ciagrrete burns through out sheets and couch. The front desk clerk was nice to offer a full refund, since those were the only rooms he had available. Im past a month and still havent received my refund back.

The front desk was professional and respectful even while guests in front were obviously angry. The housekeepers add and maintenance staff were very friendly

I got to my room. Was filthy with pizza boxes, polar pop cups., juice cups around room. Bed not made. Bath and toilet filthy. Smelled awful. Later there were 3 mice running around room.

Everything. The walls were nasty, bathroom was gross had roaches on the toilet, small worms or some sort of termites on the beds, roaches, burns on the blankets it was just overall disgusting.

Dirty not clean, heater AC not working . Not suitable for family. All furnitures are super old and some are broken. Homeless people are all around. Congested parking. Not as shown in the photograph at all.

I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel.

The hotel shown in the pictures on your site are from many years ago when it was part of a hotel chain. I should have read the reviews instead of relying on the photos. It was the most disgusting excuse for a hotel I've ever seen. I didn't stay.

Dirty,cucarachas all over the room, carpet stinks,dirty walls, It was very scary experience to stay at this hotel.People sleeing outside hotel on street.

It was a lots of drug addicts CAMPING and doing drugs outside the hotel rooms and shopping carts on the hallway. I was with my 7 years old son so immediately turned around and asked for my refund because I wouldn't put my son into a dangerous situation. The front desk refused to refund my money but I still left the hotel and returned the key. I placed a complaint to Booking.com and to BBB.
