Comfortable got the job done.

We were there two years ago, and so we requested the same corner room we had before. The space is nice, but it was not as clean as it should have been. The beds were neat and there were plenty of towels. The shower caulking was dirty with bacteria and needed replacing. We had to call maintenance to get a clock and lightbulbs. He was very friendly. The place needed a deep cleaning.
Negatives:
More deep cleaning. More vacuuming in the halls. More cleaning of the pool and hot tub.

Nice size room in nice...

Location was perfect. Amenities, restaurants, grocery stores are within walking distance.
Loved the fact we had a full size refrigerator and a kitchenette so we could store leftovers for a late night snack. we have kids so they’re hungry 24/7.
Happy hour was such a nice surprise and breakfast, although simple, was exactly what we needed to start the day. Our kids used the pool multiple times a day and they were grateful it was heated. We were hesitant about the restaurant being so close, but the noise was nonexistent. I didn’t hear a thing. Reception was nice and welcoming. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and accommodating. We were very happy during our stay.
Negatives:
The room had somewhat of a musty smell that never really went away. When we unfolded the couch bed, there were used linens from the previous occupant and a shirt that wasn’t ours.

The welcoming atmosphere and caring staff. The room was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Great view of trails and mountains. We relaxed after the stressful doctor visit I had. Ended up not so good news but everyone at hotel was accommodating and polite.

The pool and the pool area was not very clean and also was not cleaned in days, we could not use the hot tub due to debris in the water.
