Positives:
The welcoming atmosphere and caring staff. The room was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Great view of trails and mountains. We relaxed after the stressful doctor visit I had. Ended up not so good news but everyone at hotel was accommodating and polite.

The room was a good size and clean the breakfast was also good. I t was convenient to areas that we wanted to visit. There was plenty of attractions near the hotel to visit. Good restaurants also near the hotel.
Negatives:
The main lobby of the hotel could have been a lot cleaner, the floors were dirty and had not been cleaned in several days of the spots which were caused by spills and clearly visible. The pool and the pool area was not very clean and also was not cleaned in days, we could not use the hot tub due to debris in the water.

Did not meet expectations
Positives:
The staff was fabulous. We were there several days and over the time staff was kind and so helpful. Morning coffee was a hit and we appreciated . We met front desk, cleaning and breakfast people . Each person was friendly, helpful and kind. The St Philips Plaza location is very nice.
Negatives:
The bathroom was unsatisfactory. I understand people want to travel with their pet. I wish you had rooms special for those folks and kept several rooms that never had pets. The bathtubs and stall was so badly scratched, drain clogged we suspected with dog hair. We arrived late in the eve and a different room was not available.I did wash the bathtub myself. Your staff was so kind but there was no way to change that. Overall, the hotel rooms are dated.

The pet fee is ridiculous. We received no special treats or bowls for our dog. Pet area is a joke with dead trees and limbs in the ground. A dog can not even walk in this area.

Necessary location for my visit. Otherwise, I wouldn't be staying here. Overpriced for 100 weather.

the location is fantastic and there are great restaurants and shops right next door.
Negatives:
The lobby was clean, but every hallway, doorway, and room was not clean. the hotel smelled musty on arrival and every surface felt dirty. The beds were not comfortable, the toilet was not clean, and we couldnt cool down the room.
