Negatives: I love all the plants in the atrium

Negatives: It’s very outdated. The bed is not the most comfortable, especially for people with bad backs.

Negatives: Rooms were not very quiet and one could hear noise from other rooms. The room decor was past its prime.

Negatives: EVERYTHING inside was run down! The lobby is really sad, like someone tore it apart to redecorate but then ditched the whole project and left it, lobby almost looks abandoned. The room looks like they bought fixtures from a motel 6 that closed down 25 years ago. They spray painted all of the fixtures to hide to rust. The light fixtures weren’t even plugged in and when I went to plug one in the cord had been haphazardly splice together with a piece of tape on it. Absolutely not to fire code! The sink was falling out of the countertop with a big old crack in it, and there was hardly any silver left on the mirror for the reflection part. It was all eaten away from time and humidity. This hotel was worse than a Motel 6!! There was something of what was probably a body fluid smeared on the wall next to the bed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! I’m not typically a fussy person as long as the place is clean in the bed is comfortable, but to pay something like $140 (with taxes) for a room it was disgusting is unheard of. First bad as it was this should have been a $65 hotel room. It also appears as though people live in this hotel, as several of the draperies were open and it looked like people were living there not just staying there. I think they’ve turned this into low income housing on the upper floors.

Negatives: We started in one room there was a hole in the wall, the tv did not work, the dresser was broken, and we had to be moved to another room. The second room didn’t have a blanket just sheets when we called they said they would bring one up and we waited up for 2 hours and was never brought one. We had to go down to the lobby in the middle of the night to get it ourselves and the front desk lady never advised that they were not bringing it up when we called at 9pm for it. When we went down she said the night maintenance guy left so that’s why it wasn’t brought it. No apologize or anything for any of the inconveniences that occurred either. She seemed annoyed and acting like we were in the wrong.

Negatives: Restaurant was closed most of the time, bar closed

Negatives: We got there early, staff said they would get our room ready ( no one was in the room the night before) but they did not let us in until 30 min after check in time. Very disappointed with them. We have a group that comes and we have rooms next to each other. They came the day before.
