Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. The room was very comfortable, but the handicapped room had only a queen bed instead of a king. Haven't figured that one out. The breakfast was exceptional, with a taco bar, oatmeal and various cereals, a pancake machine, fruit etc. A nice surprise. The staff was great.

Warm, clean and spacious apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The apartments are well located off Speedway Boulevard.

The coffee in the room was not great, but the coffee at breakfast was good.

Breakfast was bare minimum. Location is good / central location.
Negatives:
The furniture in the loft for 5 of us was horrible. Seating for 3/4 and cheap very uncomfortable couch and chair. Kitchen had small tall counter table that was extremely wobbly. Bathrooms were short on towels and soap/shampoo dispensers were empty.

A few of the staff members were very kind. However for our once a weekly cleaning, it was obvious that the cleaning staff did not have pride in their work, duties or responsibilities of taking care of their customers stay, experience and enjoyment of staying in a clean environment. The breakfast too could have been better. The eggs did not taste fresh and we always opted for the yogurt or oatmeal instead.

I went to eat breakfast and there was no warm food and the delay to have the food staff have it prepared was unacceptable. The eggs, potatoes and bacon containers were empty and there wasn't any food there for the 20 minutes I waited but had to leave.
