Very poor

Bad
Positives:
The front desk person was very friendly, he even remembered my name the next morning when I checked out.
Negatives:
The bathroom, more specifically the bathtub was disgusting. I didn’t even take a shower there. Not heavy enough blanket or at least comforter for the time of year. Very small and crowded parking lot.

Friendly staff, too much money...
Positives:
Location was convenient for where we needed to be.
Negatives:
Very run down and does not represent the pictures. Would have not stayed there knowing it’s condition.

Not a good experience

Superb
Positives:
The manager was very friendly and helpful
Negatives:
It is an older motel and the walls and ceiling are pretty thin. The people upstairs were up and about very late.

Superb
Positives:
The front desk staff was very friendly, both during check in and check out.
Negatives:
The most run down place I’ve ever stayed at in 30 years.
Bathroom door was rusted so bad the door couldn’t close. Floors were visibly dirty and outlet plugs and switches were broken. Luckily we didn’t need to use the shower and didn’t both to ask about the free breakfast that was advertised.

Disappointed. The photos and description...
Positives:
Staff was the main attribute. Friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The room was ‘tired’. It was clean, but really needed refurbishing. I was afraid to touch the a/c heating unit in case it fell apart. Fortunately, I didn’t need to use it. The bed was a queen, but the wooden platform it was sitting on was too big for the mattress. Every time you got close to the bed, you would bang your knees on the frame. Also the mattress would slip on the platform.

Not quite satisfactory, although staff...
Positives:
The staff was friendly and helpful in addressing the various problems.
Negatives:
When I checked in, I found several things that didn't work: the sink handle was broken but usable, the room heater did not work, and how to use the shower was a mystery (i.e., how to change the water flow from the faucet to the shower head). In addition, the room needed a thorough cleaning and probably a fresh coat of paint. The room was quite dark with only a couple small lights on the headboard.

Barely adequate, but disappointing.
Positives:
The staff appeared compassionate as I was dealing with a difficult situation. Staff understood the issue and handled it well. I'm sure this was not their first time dealing with unpleasant situations as the location and clientele lend itself to drugs and noise with much nighttime and day goings on.
Negatives:
The location is a drug infested area. The owner/manager clearly knows this so they in order to remain open must do business with many undesirable clientele. If they did not they would have no business, I suspect dealers and distributors may stay there as well as it would be a perfect location for their profits. There are cars that are above the price range of those who would choose such a place. Prices are high for a 1/2 star establishment. Staff was respectful and artful in their dealing with barking dogs and homeless population.

Positives:
The bed was very comfortable and it was in a good location.
Negatives:
Built for a 1-3 night stay. No place to unpack suitcases. Floors were pretty dirty.

Moved to a motel with...
Positives:
Of the two double beds, only one was new and comfortable.
Negatives:
It was dirty. There were dried on toothpaste, globes in the sink and hairs all over the counter. The bathtub has been painted and said paint has worn off and now it just looks dirty. The floors were dirty, the remodel was very poorly done. There were questionable people staying at the hotel. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend anyone stay there. They also charge me for my third small dog which is not indicated in the literature. Very disappointing. It’s right on the corner by a major traffic light and the traffic noise is very loud.
