Positives: The room size was decent.
Negatives: The lady at the front desk insisted on charging for one of our service dogs. She asked that we pay by cash and my boyfriend refused. He gave her the same card as we booked the hotel and she said all was good. The next person on duty came and knocked at our door and advised it had declined. My boyfriend wanted to call his bank before paying with another card. She put us on the second floor and asked us to park in the back...the furthest from our room. We found a closer door but the sidewalk was full of snow outside it. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone and doubt it is good enough for booking.com
