Positives:
I want to file a complaint about this facility no refrigerator no dresser or chest of drawers no coffee maker the bed was uncomfortable the staff was okay but the coffee area had one pot of coffee that kept running out. I have moved to the Super 8 in Williams AZ for the first time in my life I would give this hotel a one-star rating I want to discuss a refund of my funds or I will drop Priceline
Negatives:
Everything except the staff they seemed friendly the amenities were terrible

I ended up double booking...
Positives:
Help in getting me a parking that was close to the hotel entrance.
Negatives:
Hotel was dirty, in extremely poor condition. There were no rugs on the bare wooden floor, worn out bath towels, uncomfortable square pillows. No shampoo (only at the desk if you even knew to ask) no hairdryer. The location is in a run down location. The fluorescent light under the TV was broken, a staff member offered to fix it but I did not want fluorescent lights in a bedroom. The front desk were unable to tell me which turn of three turn offs to take from I 40 when I called from the road- they unable to figure this out - it's a tiny little town. There was no breakfast, poor coffee set up It was no better than a youth hostel. There is sickly perfume being blown through the air-conditioning at the entrance. In my view this building is ready for demolition.

Positives:
Very clean and sparse room, friendly staff, and coffee in the mornings was good from the lobby. We checked 3 different rooms before checking in to make sure there was no musty smell to indicate mold, and the two rooms upstairs weren't musty at all, but the one downstairs was a bit. This is a budget hotel (rooms were inside vs opening to the outside), but it was exactly what we needed. No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms, but we used a small microwave in the lobby to heat up our dinner from Safeway Grocery Store (they have amazing fresh Chicken Pot Pies and Buffalo Chicken on their hot bar during the day). We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Williams is charming and only an hour from the Grand Canyon (and about 75 minutes from Sedona as well).
Negatives:
The tub felt like you could fall through the bottom of it any minute during a shower in one room, while our teen got locked in the bathroom in another room and we had to get a "key" from the front desk to free her (there was no lock on the door so no one knows how this happened). The 3 bathrooms we saw all need water remediation and repair of the tile, but overall, this was a really good place to stay. Note that there is nothing but bed linens/pillows, towels and a bar of soap provided in the rooms so you'll need to come prepared with your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. The covers were also a bit thin so if you're cold natured, you may want to bring your own blanket. There's also no elevator but an easy set of stairs to the 2nd story. Still a good night's sleep in a clean, safe location close to all we needed.
