The room smelled like puke, it absolutely reeked. There were not any wash rags or hand towels. The refrigerator was loud.

Good location to explore the Grand Canyon and few restaurants in walking distance , easy parking outside of unit .Williams was a nice little town , Safeway grocery store was good for any supplies you needed, but not in walking distance.

It took a while for the person at the front desk to come when we first got there. The breakfast was extremely basic and staff was nowhere to be found during breakfast when almost everything ran out.

It's centrally located and you can walk up to the shops and restaurants easily.
Negatives:
The place is dated. They have free breakfast, but it's not worth checking out. The toilet flush in our room was fidley, but working. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn't worth the hassle asking for another room.

Negatives:
Felt unsafe, quite away from the built up area of town so not a great location. Stairwell was dark and scruffy. There were houses behind the hotel with dogs barking and shouting all night. The room was not clean. The bedding was tired and dirty. I would really not recommend this place to anyone.
