Wouldn't clean rooms. No hot water for couple of days

Beds in the room looked like they were already used and slept in. There was loud noise from room next door that sounded like a party was going on. Front desk person working that night was rude and the environment around hotel felt unsafe.

Good location right off the interstate. Bed was fine and we slept well. So the place served its purpose.

Bathroom had chipped paint and mold. Overall not the place is a little run down.

The hotel is ok if they dont stick you in a filthy disgusting pet room. Theyve chosen to remodel using bath fitter tub and coverings. Nothing says janky like bath fitter liners with mold coming through the seems, and bath fitters little round toilets.

If staying in Winslow the hotel was conveniently located. Fast food and market walking distance.

The carpets were filthy and disgusting. Why anyone would put a person without a pet in a pet room is beyond me. They seem to think a carpet cleaner can clean carpets wherein animal urine has soaked through to the padding.

Rude front desk person that works on a power trip instead of what is morally & legally right. Appalled by watching his ableism as he was rude & lied to a guest checking in with a disability. Please do better and train your staff on what ADA laws & respect

As advertised, and an interesting hotel. It had everything we needed. No complaints, staff was polite and helpful, dog area as we expected, and the price was affordable and reasonable. Good location as well !

We made our reservation thru Booking. Received the confirmation and number.
Went to hotel. They had nothing in their system about a reservation. Spent close to an hour for them to try and get this worked out. They couldnt.
The did say that I could get a room with no discounts. I said NO!! Even with it was not showing in their system, I did not want to put a charge my card. Concerned about being charged twice for the same room.
We left and found another accommodation.
I sincerely hope that this will not appear on my credit card, as I will decline payment through the card company.
