Negatives: Unfortunately, I didn't care for all the group of drifters/ homeless people that were hanging out in the parking lot While I was unloading my family's luggage. Nor did i care for the young man smoking fentenyal outside of the back door entrance of the building.

Positives: Room was clean although the motel was a bit old, I booked this motel for the location, which proved to be great for my itinerary. I also walked every morning and found a nice little neighborhood route through a couple of parks. I didn't partake of the breakfast. The staff was excellent as I had a nightmare of a trip down with cancelled flights and they helped a lot with arriving in the middle of the night and dealing with my lost luggage.

Negatives: There seemed to be room for a leisure chair, but the only chair available to sit in was the desk chair, so I made due. I didn't realize there was an air force base near, so the mornings were a bit noisy. Also, I asked for housekeeping in the middle of my stay, but they didn't make it until the next day. However, I flagged down one of them for additional towels.
