The water was hot. The breakfast staff were very friendly. Parking was plentiful. Fortunately, I am able-bodied
Negatives:
Front desk staff were so rude, almost mean. There is only a sheer curtain on the window and the blackout drapes dont close. So not only can anyone walking by look in, but the outside lights pours in at night. I could read in my room with the lights off it was so bright from the light in the walkway
Listing says there is a gift shop, Cafe, and Happy Hour which are extreme stretches of the truth. Towels, carpet and sheets were unpleasantly rough. Room phone didn't work and microwave wasn't hooked up. The hot tub was lukewarm. The shower is in the bathtub with only one bar to hold onto.
The breakfast is like hospital food. This place has so much potential, which makes it that much worse as it isn't worth half the $150 a night as is.
Don't be fooled if you are paying your own money like I was, and need a nice return for your saved vacation money.

If you are in Yuma and want a great place to stay, give it a shot! You will not be disappointed.
When checking in, you will be fully informed of not just the property ammendments but the surrounding attractions as well.
