Negatives: some things are starting to look a little worn, they put us in a room where a painting had been ripped off the wall, supposedly just the night before. The desk clerk wasn’t very helpful when my reservation had a glitch and had me go online myself to fix.

Negatives: When I booked the hotel, free breakfast was listed on the amenities, also when I stayed here last time there was free breakfast. I guess they're charging for it now. Also no premium channels like there were when I previously stayed here.
