The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
This property is very old and dated. It needs to be renovated badly inside and outside. I would not recommend this property or stay at this property again without major improvements being made. It was extremely disappointing for a Quality Inn property.

The room door was busted so if we when we were gone anyone could have pushed open our motel room door and taken our stuff if they wanted. Was not pleased at all and felt unsafe

The door only stayed closed if you put the locks on it. Access to the room was dark and creepy. Smelled terrible! Had to leave the door open for about an hour mid winter just to make it tolerable to sleep.

Room was rundown, mold in shower area. Breakfast choices were underwhelming.

Convenient location but Disappointing
Negatives:
The first room was disgusting and wreaked of smoke. The next room was dirty, the bed was made up but there was hair in the sheets, I guess the room cleaning staff thought it didnt look dirty so why change linen? Then we got a 3rd room. Which was better, and we settled because we needed to rest!

Positives:
The air in the room was very nice. The shower was nice and warm. The breakfast was ok. The lady who brought out the food was very nice. There was a wasp nest in front of the window and the worker sprayed then knocked the nest down but he left it in front of our room door.
Negatives:
I did not like all the bugs, spider, and flies in the room. I did not like the noise outside my room. People was talking outside my door, music was playing, and people talking loudly.

I had book over 2 months in advance for this weekend for a king bed smoking room when we got there it was a room with 2 double beds..I was very disappointed and angry..then we ate breakfast thought my muffin tasted funny had mold..will never stay at a quality inn again plus there was a group of people with a huge barbecue grill out back grilling both nights we were there with a big group of people will tell everyone how awful it was

It was bad won't be back ever!!
Positives:
The room smelled of dirty laundry, the carpet was torn and dirty. The mirror frame above the sink basin was broken. The towels in the room were old and thread bare in places and weren't very soft either.
Negatives:
Update the place, everything was old and sort of beat up. Tub had burn marks on the edge of tub indicating people smoked in this none smoking room, replace carpet and padding as I think that's where the funky smell came from.

That it was close to the restaurant and stores. My family lives close by

Desk chair was missing a roller but was able to still use it . Carpets were a little ragged.
