The manager was so rude and hateful! Location was awful to get in and out of! The police are nice because I had to call and get somewhere there to be a mediator just so I could get my stuff packed and get out. Definitely makes the work trip harder!

If Im in the Fayetteville area again Im make reservations here again.

This was my second stay here within the last year. I really like the location. I have mobility issues and the room is easy to get around in. Staff is helpful and polite.
Negatives:
We found a few ants. The desk chair is really uncomfortable and hard to get out of.

They charge a cash deposit for locals, then claim to have reasons that they need to keep the deposit and promise to email pictures and then dont. It feels like a scam and Im being punished for shopping local.
